O) এমন একটি ফোন নম্বর ইমেইলে দেবেন যেটাতে আপনাকে যে কোন সময় কল করে পাওয়া যায়।
O) আপনি আপনার ছবি গুলোর মূল্য নির্ধারণ করবেন। ছবিগুলোর ফাইল নেম গুলো ওভাবে দিতে পারেন ( যেমন : 10.jpg, এতে বোঝা যাবে ওই ছবির মূল্য $10)।
O) ছবি আপলোডে সমস্যা হলে সরাসরি চ্যাটে বিস্তারিত জানাতে পারবেন।
O) সমস্ত ছবিতে ওয়াটারমার্ক থাকবে।
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ
O) মোবাইল ফোন/HD ক্যামেরা এর ছবি/ভিডিও গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। শুধুমাত্র DSLR/Mirrorless/Video ক্যামেরা এর ছবি দেবেন। কোন প্রফেশনাল ভিডিও ক্যামেরা বা DSLR/Mirrorless ক্যামেরার ভিডিও (ভিডিও এর জন্য) দেবেন। লো কোয়ালিটি এর ভিডিও দেবেন। ছবিতে বা ভিডিওতে কিছু লিখবেন না।
O) এখানে মূল ছবি/ভিডিও বা raw ফাইল গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। মূল ছবি/ভিডিও বা raw ফাইল তখনি পাঠাবেন যখন কেও আপনার ছবিটা কিনে নেবে।
O) এখানে যে ছবিগুলো পাঠাবেন প্রদর্শনের জন্য সেগুলো 800 x auto ratio এর বেশী বড়ো বা ছোট যেন না হয়। তবে ছবির সাইজ 800 x 560 এর মধ্যে রাখবেন। ছবি অবশ্যই jpg ফরম্যাটে হতে হবে এবং
কোয়ালিটি 80% + রাখবেন।
O) আপনার ছবি বিক্রি হলে সেখান থেকে FOTO CAFE ১৫% নেওয়ার সাথে সাথে আপনাকে টাকা পরিশোধ করবে।
O) আপনার বিকাশ/রকেট/নগদ নম্বর ইমেইলে উল্লেখ করুন। কারণ এটা আপনাকে দ্রুত টাকা পাঠানোর জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়। বিকাশ/রকেট/নগদ অ্যাকাউন্ট না থাকলে আপনি কিভাবে টাকা পেতে চাচ্ছেন তা উল্লেখ করুন ইমেইলে।
নিচে দেওয়া ইমেইলে ছবি বা ভিডিও পাঠাবেন, আমাদের অন্য কোন ইমেইল এড্রেস নেই। যদি নতুন কোন ইমেইল এড্রেস তৈরি করা হয়, তখন তা সাইটে উল্লেখ করা হবে।

O) Please mention an option how you want to receive your payment. Please write it in the e-mail.
O) File size must not exceed 100 mb in size (for each – Photos, videos, etc).
O) Please provide a valid phone number to call you immediately, if there is a customer for your photo or for payments and other related things. Please mention your phone number in the e-mail.
O) All images/videos will be watermarked.
O) All images/ videos will be displayed as a medium quality image/video as it is on the home page and everywhere, due to stop piracy. But this quality is for displaying only.
O) You will be notified immediately, if someone is interested in your photos/paintings or videos. Once there is a customer for your image, you will be asked to send the original image.
O) Once any payment is received for your image, you will be notified and your payment will be sent.
O) You should not write anything in your photos/videos.
O) For videos, you could add low quality videos for displaying it.
IMPORTANT
O) Please add your prices for those images/videos/paintings. you could name the file with its price (for example, 10.jpg and it means the price for that image/video/painting would be 10$.)
O) Uploading RAW files and original files are not allowed. If a customer asks for it, you will be asked to send it only then.
O) Photos or videos from a Cellphone/HD camera are not allowed. Here your can add photos that were taken only by a DSLR/Mirrorless or a professional camera (for videos).
O) FOTO CAFE will receive 15% from your image. You will be paid almost immediately after deducting 15%.
O) Image size must not exceed 800 x 560 (for displaying here) and images must be in .jpg format. Quality should at least be above 80%.
